Mood Lashing™: How One Celebrity Lash Artist Turned Couture, Emotion, and Fashion History Into the Future of Luxury Beauty

In Seattle’s Lake City neighborhood, inside a softly lit studio draped in Juicy velour and warm femininity, a new form of beauty is taking shape one that feels as intentional as couture and as intimate as a diary entry. Clients step into Lash & Groom expecting lash extensions. What they leave with is something far more sophisticated: a mood-altering, identity-shifting, couture-crafted lash experience designed by a woman who has lived many eras and mastered reinventing herself.

This is Mood Lashing™, the signature artistry of the woman behind Lash & Groom a celebrity lash artist, esthetician, beauty visionary, and former fashion-design hopeful who was once accepted into FIDM Los Angeles, the same creative powerhouse that birthed Juicy Couture.

It’s a story stitched with ambition, reinvention, and an unshakeable devotion to beauty that transforms.

The Artist Behind the Mood

To understand Mood Lashing™, you have to understand her.

A decade-long celebrity lash artist and esthetician, she built a name on precision, experience, and unmistakable luxury. Clients came to her for the way she saw people not as canvases, but as whole atmospheres. Her artistry was never transactional; it was emotional, sensory, and deeply personal.

After stepping away for two years to pursue corporate beauty business endeavors, she returned with a vision stronger, clearer, and more pioneering than before. The relaunch of Lash & Groom wasn't simply a comeback it was a rebirth.

Her current era is defined by luxury, intentionality, sensory design, and a “5D beauty” experience she has spent years refining. And Mood Lashing™ is the centerpiece of that world.

A Dream That Started in Fashion

Long before lashes became her medium, fashion was the original dream.

She was accepted into FIDM in Los Angeles, a place synonymous with West Coast glamour and the birthplace of early-2000s fashion icons like Juicy Couture. She imagined herself draping fabrics, creating runway pieces, shaping silhouettes that would tell stories before a model ever walked.

The path shifted, but the design language stayed with her.
And it shows everywhere.

Her studio’s Juicy-inspired blankets, velvety textures, soft pink linens, feminine contrasts, and nostalgic details are more than décor. They are remnants of the fashion world she didn’t walk into… and the fashion sensibility she never let go. It’s the quiet acknowledgement that beauty, comfort, and couture can and should coexist.

The Birth of Mood Lashing™

Mood Lashing™ was born from a simple philosophy:

Luxury lashes should never be boxed into basic names.

With thousands of lash fibers available today espresso browns, angel textures, glossy blacks, matte velvet fans, UV fibers, grape ombrés, airy spikes, brown-on-brown blends the artistry has outgrown the outdated menu terms “classic,” “hybrid,” or “volume.”

Her clients don’t choose sets. They choose moods.

And she builds the set from that mood the way a couturier builds a garment:

assessing tone, sculpting shape, selecting texture & blending materials enhancing the wearer, not overtaking her. This is lash artistry that thinks like fashion design functioning art.

The Project Runway Influence

Mood Lashing™ carries the unmistakable influence of Project Runway, especially the iconic scenes inside Mood Fabrics where designers lose themselves in color, texture, and possibility.

Just as designers layer chiffon with tulle or pair unexpected textiles for drama, Lash & Groom uses her lash inventory like a couture workroom, mixing curls for movement, layering tones for dimension, blending textures for softness or structure, sculpting spikes like architectural details mapping eyes like pattern-making. The trays are her fabric wall.
The lashes are her textiles.
The client is her muse. Mood Lashing™ is, at its core, IS haute couture lash design.

A Vision Rooted in Emotion and Experience

Her work is not simply technical it is emotional.

She sees beauty as a reflection of a woman’s internal landscape. Each appointment becomes a ritual: soft lighting, sensory calm, a quiet luxury ambiance meant to exhale into. Clients don’t just receive lashes; they receive a moment to reconnect with themselves.

Through Mood Lashing™, she captures who they are that day:

soft, bold, mysterious, romantic, lifted, editorial, playful, powerful.

She designs not only for the face but for the feeling.

The Lash & Groom Studio: A Couture Sanctuary in Seattle

Located at 10550 Lake City Way NE, her studio is intentionally intimate. It feels less like a salon and more like stepping into a feminine cocoon part fashion archive, part spa ritual, part beauty atelier.

The Juicy accents whisper:
“This is where the girlhood fantasy and grown-woman luxury intersect.”

The energy says:
“You’re safe to transform here.”

The design philosophy says:
“Beauty should be custom.”

Mood Lashing™ and the Future of Luxury Beauty

In an era where clients are craving personalization, artistry, and experience, Mood Lashing™ stands as the evolution of lash extensions not just as a service, but as a category of its own.

It is the intersection of fashion, emotion, craft, and identity.

It is couture for the eyes.
It is beauty built from mood.
It is the signature offering of a woman who has lived many creative lives and stitched them together into something visionary.

Lash & Groom is not just a studio.
It is her fashion house.
And Mood Lashing™ is her runway.
